My room included a little kitchen, a lounge area and coffee. Bathtubs in the reasonable sized bathroom was super awesome. The location turned out to be great and fantastic, adjacent to downtown Vancouver attractions and buses and Skytrain and the best shopping and restaurants. The staff were all incredible and exceptional.

Booked a room with a cosy bed. The location offered was great and incredible not far from the all tourist attractions, shops and restaurants and restaurants and shops, Stanley Park, English Beach and Coal Harbour. I randomly popped in Breka Bakery & Cafe serving some pastries, located relatively near the hotel, it was nice.

Our recent stay at the West End Guest House was wonderful. The charming and unique decorations in our room made it feel like a home away from home. The breakfasts were delicious, with three courses that left us fully satisfied. The option to have a breakfast sandwich in the pantry was a thoughtful touch. Despite the minor inconvenience of not enough plugs in the bedroom, our overall experience was great. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Stanley Park and the beaches. The friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Vancouver.

Accommodations were great; food was excellent; other guests were interesting and friendly; snacks, tea, and coffee were always available as well as a sherry hour around 5 pm that encouraged socializing with others. Homemade cookies greeted guests returning from dinner in the evening. The innkeepers were friendly and socialized with the guests. The living room was always available in which to read, use the computer, chat with others. Bicycles were available to borrow. West End Guest House is about a block from a main shopping street with restaurants but it's on a quiet, residential street--perfect location. There is enough parking for all of the guests.
